Uric-X features an extract from the plant, Terminalia bellerica, which has historically been used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine, and has been shown to help maintain healthy blood uric acid levels. The other active ingredient in Uric-X is tart cherry fruit (Prunus cerasus). Cherries contain high levels of anthocyanins providing antioxidant support, along with support for proper uric acid levels. The tart cherry in this product is standardized to contain 2% proanthocyanidins (flavonoids with health-supportive properties).
